MegaCharm is a decentralized lottery protocol built on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Users can purchase lottery tickets using stablecoins (USDT/USDC) for a chance to win daily jackpots. All draws are conducted using Chainlink VRF for provably fair random number generation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- You must ensure that online lottery participation is legal in your location
- You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
- You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible
5. Lottery Mechanics
- Each ticket costs $5 USD (paid in USDT or USDC)
- Tickets receive randomly assigned 6-digit numbers (000000-999999)
- Daily draws occur at 12:30 AM UTC using Chainlink VRF
- Winners receive 90% of the jackpot pool automatically
- If multiple winners exist, the jackpot is split equally
- If no winner is selected, the jackpot rolls over to the next draw

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEGACHARM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the lottery system
- Use automated bots or scripts to purchase tickets
- Engage in money laundering or other illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the smart contracts or website
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
10. Privacy
MegaCharm does not collect personal information. The only data recorded is your wallet address on the blockchain. All transactions are publicly visible on the BSC blockchain.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations regarding online lottery participation.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
